04Charging Your Device
The device is powered by a rechargeable battery inside the remote control.
- Always ensure the power is switched off before charging
- A full charge typically takes approximately 3 hours
- A full charge provides approximately 3.5 hours of use
- We recommend recharging once the battery falls below 20%
- The device will switch off automatically once the battery is depleted
To charge: connect the USB-C charging cable to the port on the base of the remote control, and connect the other end to a USB power adapter or power bank.
05Getting Started
- Cleanse your skin and pat dry with a soft towel before use.
- Connect the mask and neck attachment to the remote control using the cable.

- Position the mask over your face and secure using the Velcro straps — one "hook" strap (left) and one "loop" strap (right).
- Position the neck attachment and secure with the elastic straps provided.

Choosing a Mode
For Red+Blue (acne) and Red+NIR (wrinkle) modes, the device's regulatory clearance is based on a 10-minute daily session — 4 times weekly for acne, or 5 times weekly for wrinkles, over a 6-week period.
For general use in Red, Blue, NIR or All modes, the manufacturer recommends sessions of 10–15 minutes, extendable to 15–25 minutes if desired.
Do not exceed 30 minutes in a single session. Do not stare directly at the light for extended periods.
